Our client is an industry-leading pharmaceuticals company seeking a candidate with significant Application Lifecycle experience. Application Testing and Validation Documentation will be critical components of this role.
Technical level proficiency/experience:
Experience with Windows/Linux, intermediate level experience (2-3 years) performing install/configure/troubleshoot/resolve Experience with hardware, eg network printers, PCs, laptops, thins, tablets, smartphones Intermediate level experience (2-3 years) performing install/configure/troubleshoot/resolve mechanical issues Experience with escalation, intermediate level experience (2-3 years) performing vendor, phone based, or web based escalation Experience using native or approved tools in Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle, IP Networks, etc.
Project level proficiency/experience:
Consultative role, interact with entities throughout the organization and relay (in simple/layperson verbiage) scope and purpose of tasks Identify improvement opportunities Execute written procedural steps using good documentation practices and capturing relevant evidence (sceenies/logs/printouts) Determine/document steps for task resolution Pursue signatures through walkabout/electronic methods
Operation level proficiency/experience:
Investigate reported computing system or computing device issues Document symptoms of computing system or computing device issues Escalate through vendor or research web based technical resources Communicate status or details of any reported issues

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
