The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining expenses during renovations, stabilization and pushing income growth.
The Community Manager is responsible for reporting to the management company and owners on a weekly basis and must be confident in the information relayed.
The right candidate will be able to balance multiple projects at the same time and have strong time management skills! Excel skills are a must! This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong team member with a passion for maximizing revenue, marketing, problem solving, property operations and people! We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results.
Prior marketing, leasing, renovation/rehab, budgeting experience and results are essential! Three years prior property management experience required! Leasing office is open Monday through Saturday.
