TASC Care Manager- Wilson County, NC

is seeking a qualified Care Management professional forour TASC Justice Services Intervention Program.
We have this specific opportunity located in:
Wilson County, NCPrimary duties include administering psycho-social screenings/assessments, coordinating linkage to behavioral health treatment as well as medical, educational, and vocational services as needed; provide ongoing professional care management services for the justice-involved population.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or higherCertifications:
Preference given to individuals with North Carolina Peer Support Specialist certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience and/or individuals registered with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB).
Experience:
Knowledge of recovery, harm reduction, and wellness-based concepts.
May have lived experience with recovery and/or the justice system.
Additional Skills:
Proficient computer skills to include the ability to navigate the internet, word processing and spreadsheet applications, and basic email platforms.
Bilingual Spanish/English speaking skills are a plus!Salary:
Salary Range for this position is $37,000-$42,000 commensurate with experience, medical/dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement savings plan/401K, paid time off programs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
