Residential Director- Eastern Region
Easterseals UCP, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks a compassionate, caring, and dedicated individual to be the Director of Residential Services in the Eastern Region functioning primarily as the leader who oversees the residential services line of business for Greenville, Wilmington, Raleigh, Wilson and surrounding areas.
The incumbent will monitor service to residents, compliance to regulatory standards, financial performance, leadership development and overall service line performance.
This position is responsible for ensuring best practices, health and wellness of supported individuals, and oversight of budgetary parameters.

You will guide and lead the Group Home Managers in the Eastern region to serve our clients and their families in collaboration with the MCOs to set personal plans to enable their daily living and social needs based on individual/family desires.
You'll work with the family to coordinate the required services and support needed.

5-7 years' experience in a leadership role within residential services in multi-location organization.
Bachelor's degree from a USDOE or CHEA accredited institution.
Prefer degree in human services or related field.
Must be credentialed as a Qualified Professional inI/DD and/or Mental Health.
Demonstrated experience as an effective leader and team player.
Demonstrated ability to speak and write in an effective, powerful manner.
Demonstrated financial ability to oversee budget in excess 1 million and geographically diverse statewide service line.
Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
Ability to travel across the state with frequent overnight stays.
