We are looking for Servicenow Consultant for our client in Wilson, NC

JOB TITLE: Servicenow Consultant

JOB LOCATION: Wilson, NC

TERM: 6 -12 months Extendable

Responsibilities:
Strong administrative and technical skills on ServiceNow, Calgary Release.
Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and work well in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical skills and a personal commitment to excellence
Demonstrated ability to work in a calm and professional manner in stressful situations.
Strong aptitude to learning new technologies
Self-starter, capable of working as part of a team
Ability to understand and communicate complex systems
Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
Preferred Skills:
Good understanding of application development or support
Good understanding of the cloud technologies, web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2)
Experience dealing with technical end-users in a support role
Good understanding of IT service management and the ITIL framework
Experience with remote management systems
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key decisions
Experience with AJAX, CSS, XML, or Java a plus
Experience:
Associates or Bachelor's degree or in process

years of experience professionally or academically in a technical role
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting solutions
General knowledge of IT related subjects is highly desirableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
